2015-09 an Act to repeal Chapter 117, Article I, of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Wicomico County Building Code" and to replace said Article I with the 2015 Edition of the International Building Code, International Residential Code and International Energy Conservation Code, with modifications, regulating and controlling the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of building systems and to provide better organization of the Chapter.  The adoption of the 2015 International Residential Code includes the mechanical code for residential buildings.

Bill 2015-10 Gift Disclosure Requirement
2015-10 an Act to amend Chapter 37 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Ethics Law," Article V, titled "Employees and Appointed Officials Disclosure Statements," Section 37-23, titled "Applicability," to limit the gift disclosure statement requirement to only County employees at a pay grade of 17 and above.  County Employees below pay grade 17 only need to complete a gift disclosure statement if they received a gift during the preceding calendar year.
