The Salisbury-Wicomico County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold the following public meetings to discuss a proposed text amendment to the Wicomico County Zoning Code, Chapter 225-Zoning:
Work Session – Monday, October 18, 2021 @ 1:30 P.M. in Council Chambers (Room 301) of the Government Office Building, 125 N. Division Street, Salisbury, MD. 21803; and
Public Hearing – Thursday, October 21, 2021 @ 2:30 P.M. in Council Chambers (Room 301) of the Government Office Building, 125 N. Division Street, Salisbury, MD. 21803.

Written comments about the proposed text amendment can be submitted during a 30-day public review comment period extending from Thursday, September 30, 2021 through Friday, October 29, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. The commission is an advisory body on planning, zoning, and development issues, including rezoning, subdivision, and site plan review.
Salisbury and Wicomico County have established legally separate Planning Commissions, but use the same seven people to serve as members. Each jurisdiction has three appointments, with the seventh member selected jointly.

These meetings are open to the public.
