ELECTRICAL BOARD MEETING

July 2, 2008

 

The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wicomico County Board of Electrical Examiners

will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 5:00pm, in Room 300

of the Government Office Building.

The meeting is normally scheduled for the first Wednesday of every month.

Effective June 3, 2006

 

“Impact Fees” will begin for the purpose of helping meet the capital needs of the Wicomico County School System.

The fees are applicable to all new residential dwelling units within the County, including those which

are placed within the boundaries of any municipality, and are due on the issuance of a building permit

or zoning certificate.  Fees received will be deposited in a school development impact fee account

and will be appropriated solely for capital improvements to increase the capacity of public schools as set

forth in Legislative Bill No. 2006-2, Chapter 130 of the Wicomico County Code.

Effective July 1, 2003

 

All Commercial Contractors, Yard Maintenance and Landscapers will be charged  $27.50 per ton

for bringing Yard Waste including Trees, Limbs, Brush, Leaves and Pallets to the

Wicomico County Recycling Facility on Brick Kiln Road.

 

The Hours of Operation are Monday thru Saturday, 7am to 4pm.
