• Approval of Stormwater Management Plan by Public Works (If Applicable)
• Approval of Sediment Control Plan by Soil Conservation District or Public Works (If Applicable)

• Airport Approach & Clear Zone Approval by Public Works (If Applicable)
• Critical Area Approval by Planning Office (If Applicable)
• Floodplain Approval by Public Works (If Applicable)
• Historical District Approval by Planning Office (If Applicable)

Entrance Permit from
• Compliance with Building Setbacks and Easements
• Submission of Site Plan for Addressing (If Applicable; Include: property lines, dwelling, driveway and scale)
• Issuance of Electrical Permit by Public Works (If Applicable)
• Completion of Non-tidal Wetlands Disclaimer
• Payment of Impact Fees (Effective 6/3/06)
• Completion of Permit & Submission of Fee
