AN ACT to amend Chapter 200, titled "Subdivision of Land," Section 200-23, titled "Improvement guaranties, repair and maintenance bonds" to amend the subdivision law as it applies to the construction bond and warranty; to increase the number of years a developer is required to bond a subdivision improvement from two years to three years; to increase the amount of the subdivision construction bond to 150% of the cost of the installation of the improvements; and to increase the amount of the bond posted for repair and maintenance from 10 to 15% of the cost of construction of the improvements.
