Wicomico Youth and Civic Center Recycling Opened

The Wicomico Youth and Civic Center will be used for a Maryland Mass Vaccination site on the Eastern Shore. The recycling center located at in the Civic Center parking lot is still opened and all entry and exit to it should be through Memorial Plaza.
