Board of Appeals

Purpose

The Wicomico County Board of Appeals reviews applications for special exceptions and variances from the County Zoning Code based on information presented by the applicant and supplemental data provided by staff members.


The Board of Appeals shall also hear and decide appeals from all other administrative and adjudicatory orders as it may be required to act upon, by Article 25A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, as amended, or by legislative act of the County Council.
