Phone Privileges
- All calls made from these phones will be collect calls
- Inmates are not permitted to receive incoming calls or telephone messages
- Inmates may use the telephones from 8 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.
- Telephones are located in each housing area
In the event of a emergency, you may call 410-548-4850 and ask to speak to the shift supervisor. The Friends and Family Telephone Service Guide brochures are available in the lobby for your convenience and will explain the necessary steps to set up a phone account.
