Proactive Disclosure Statement
The Wicomico County Council supports proactively disclosing certain records or information to the public. Local government records and information are a resource for citizens that should be published promptly at the lowest cost possible without the need for a formal Public Information Act Request.
The Wicomico County Council will proactively disclose on the County's website all Resolutions, Legislative Minutes, Open Work Session Minutes and expenditures of the County Council Office, as well as the agendas and minutes of the Charter Review Committee, Redistricting Committee and the Compensation and Allowance Commission.
